I’ve noticed my #fitfam have been drinking green tea and infused water but never really understood why. I like to do things bc it works, not because it looks pretty or everyone’s doing it! GREEN TEA 🍵: •increases metabolic rate • assists the body in burning more calories • and enhances learning ability and memory LEMON INFUSED H2O 🍋: • Vitamin C enhanced water enhances the beauty of skin from the inside out • Relieves digestion problems like bloating • Helps digestion of food and movement of bowels •Regular intake helps with weight loss                           ISo I pretty much need all of the above especially the skin and metabolic boost part and this will be another addition to my #weightloss journey!! My grandma got me this for Mothers Day this year and it was collecting dust bc I (1) can’t do any type of organized dance and (2) I thought it wouldn’t give me a good burn! Well obviously I was wrong! I think I did pretty great at the dance moves ( though I have no one to vouch for that statement) and I was sweating like crazy and burned 300+ in 25 min! I had so much fun I may do it again tonight! I definitely burned more than 219 calories but again my Polar was acting up! After the workout I noticed my strap was on top of the underwire part of my exercise bra so maybe just maybe it’s user error and I don’t need to replace it! Jillian is freakin crazy and I ❤ love it! My Polar (FT7) was messing up again today I DEFINITELY burned more than 219 little calories! 👊💥 at the end of my workout I realized one side was stuck on top of the underwire in my exercise bra. Maybe this has been happening all along and I don’t need a new strap/HRM? We’ll see! Workout #COMPLETE !!!&lt;/p&gt;

So much so that I feel fatigued at the end of my workouts. I’ve been doing it in the morning fasted followed by a protein shake (365 whey protein, soy milk, Choco pb2) and also by eating a banana prior. Either way I’m feeling fatigued! Maybe it’s my body getting used to morning workouts? Idk, I do know I BROUGHT IT!!&lt;/p&gt;

As I’ve mentioned before I have NEVER gotten to Workout 3 on Body Revolution and today I did!! I was a hot, sweaty, clumsy MESS! After doing workouts 1&amp;2 for so long I became a pro and this workout really tested and pushed me. I can’t do all the moves gracefully and I could barely talk, but I gave it ALL I had and then took a walk with the loves of my life @blacksback23 and the girls! 700+ calorie workout in all! &lt;br/&gt;

I can’t believe I’m almost to workouts 3&amp;4! I got this system last year this time so for me, it’s a HUGE deal since I’ve stopped and started so many times! Tonight’s workout almost didn’t happen! I left my keys in the car after making a stop at the store and roadside assistance didn’t come for almost an hour and a half to unlock the door! I was so frustrated that the thought of Body Revolution made me pissed! I muted Jillian and turned on @fitradio (if you don’t have the app get it! It hasn’t failed me yet) and before I knew it the 30 min flew by!! That’s a #noexcuse story for that a$! DO WORK!!! &lt;/p&gt;

Jan’s recipe includes buttermilk and white flour so I had to find an alternative. I saw a recipe for three ingredient pancakes on someone’s IG  but couldn’t find who it was! I googled it and found this recipe from &lt;a href="http://www.nosugarmorespice.com"&gt;www.nosugarmorespice.com&lt;/a&gt; : 1 banana, 1 egg, and a 1/4 cup of pb. Just mash the banana and mix the other ingredients together plus a little cinnamon and cook like regular pancakes! They were sweet enough w/o anything on top but I drizzled it in honey. The consistency is kinda dense, maybe fudgy but crispy on the outside! I love them! 21 grams of protein. I’m going to try another recipe next Sunday to see if I can lower the calories a bit!
