Yummy huge salad from my dinner yesterday! Used a WHOLE romaine heart, Baked chicken strips, avocado, yellow peppers, tomatoes, green onions, and no dressings but the juices from the chicken my love @blacksback23 made! It’s tender, juicy, flavorful and best of all CLEAN, I could eat it everyday!
Jam’s Clean Baked Chicken:
• 4 Chicken Breasts
• Juice of a whole lemon
• Garlic Powder
• Trader Joes 21 Season Salute
• Spike
•Combine all the seasonings and lemon juice, then pour over the chicken. Stab several times with a fork and then bake covered with foil on 450 for 35-45 min.
