Yummy huge salad from my dinner yesterday! Used a WHOLE romaine heart, Baked chicken strips, avocado, yellow peppers, tomatoes, green onions, and no dressings but the juices from the chicken my love @blacksback23 made! It’s tender, juicy, flavorful and best of all CLEAN, I could eat it everyday!
Jam’s Clean Baked Chicken:
β’ 4 Chicken Breasts
β’ Juice of a whole lemon
β’ Garlic Powder
β’ Trader Joes 21 Season Salute
β’ Spike
β’Combine all the seasonings and lemon juice, then pour over the chicken. Stab several times with a fork and then bake covered with foil on 450 for 35-45 min.

Tried my version of the bean salad floating around IG. Quick and easy 1 can of black beans (I rinse them to remove the majority of the sodium), 1 can of corn, 1 diced avocado, 1/2 lime (juice), garlic powder, anda dash of Mrs.Das Fiesta Lime seasoning. I’m back! But its confession time: When I’m not doing right or I’m not feeling right, I withdrawl. I’d rather go MIA than lie or put on a happy face, masking whats really going on. I’ve been in a weird transition (funk is a better word) trying to get my life back on track with a newer job, moving, mourning two HUGE losses among other things! I HAVE made excuses and I HAVE made terrible eating decisions and the conscious decision not to exercise AT.ALL. Thats all over now and I’m back and moving forward.
