I’m back! But its confession time: When I’m not doing right or I’m not feeling right, I withdrawl. I’d rather go MIA than lie or put on a happy face, masking whats really going on. I’ve been in a weird transition (funk is a better word) trying to get my life back on track with a newer job, moving, mourning two HUGE losses among other things! I HAVE made excuses and I HAVE made terrible eating decisions and the conscious decision not to exercise AT.ALL. Thats all over now and I’m back and moving forward. Day 2-JM Body Revolution (Lunch) Citrus Salmon Salad: Bake salmon (I used lemon pepper Mrs.Dash and garlic powder) and put over a bed of your favorite salad greens.
