Phase 1- Day 13 #CARDIO Any chance I get I’m going to go outside! This morning bright and early, my friend @chy_ah and I got up and walked part of the Sligo Creek Trail! We were going to interval running but we had so much to catch up on we just walked and talked! Even stopped at IHOP at one point for a healthy brunch! Now I’m ready to enjoy this day of rest!
